IL-13R与脑胶质瘤的关系 被引量:1

摘要 脑胶质瘤是在颅内发病率最高的一类肿瘤,其恶性程度高,疗效差,且容易复发,因此其病因、发病机制及治疗一直是研究的热点和难点。近年来,人们发现脑胶质瘤与许多细胞因子存在密切的关系,其中与白细胞介素13的关系尤为密切。白细胞介素13受体(IL13R)在脑胶质瘤细胞表面存在高表达,并在脑胶质瘤恶性增殖的过程中起着重要的作用,而以IL13R为靶标用IL13介导细胞外毒素杀伤恶性胶质瘤细胞目前在美国已经进入Ⅱ期临床试验。随着对IL13R结构和功能及其与脑胶质瘤关系的研究不断深入,将为脑胶质瘤的免疫治疗提供新的思路。
