各类神经递质在可卡因成瘾中的作用 被引量:4

摘要 目前对多巴胺能神经递质研究较多,普通认为多巴胺能神经递质在可卡因成瘾中发挥主要作用,5羟色胺、谷氨酸、乙酰胆碱能神经递质与多巴胺神经递质相互调节作用,在可卡因成瘾中起辅助作用。对各种神经递质及其转运体、受体、拮抗剂的研究可能将为可卡因成瘾的治疗提供帮助。
