摘要
测量系统的波动是测量值变异的一个重要来源,它对于过程控制和控制图的灵敏性都会造成影响。基于测量系统的重复性和再现性分析,讨论测量系统能力大小对X控制图灵敏性的影响。结果表明,符合能力评价指标要求的测量系统对控制图灵敏性的影响不是很明显,否则影响较大,并通过一个例子验证此结果。
The variation of measurement system is a main source for the difference of data;it makes influence for process control and control chart.Based on the analysis of the repeatability and reproducibility of measurement systems,analyze the effect of the ability of measurement systems on sensitivity of X-bar control chart,both theoretical analysis and case study show that the incapable measurement systems have great influence on sensitivity of X-bar control chart,and the capable one,little influence on the sensitivity。
