掺杂PTFE改性Co_3O_4负极材料的研究 被引量:1

Study of Co_3O_4 with doped PTFE as negative electrode material

摘要 采用电沉积烧结法,在添加聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)的溶液中制备Co3O4负极。SEM观察表明:掺杂PTFE试样是由多孔花瓣状Co3O4和不规则的PTFE柱状体组成。循环性能测试结果表明:掺杂PTFE试样的首次和20次循环后的脱锂比容量分别为920 1mAh/g和685 6mAh/g;未掺杂PTFE试样分别为865 1mAh/g和180 4mAh/g。 <Abstrcat>Co_3O_4 negative electrode was prepared by electrodeposition sintering method in solution added PTFE. The SEM (showed) that doped PTFE sample was composed of Co_3O_4, which was porous and petallike, and irregular pillar object of PTFE. Test results of cycle performance showed that the initial lithium deintercalation specific capacity of doped PTFE sample was (920.1 mAh/g) and 685.6 mAh/g after 20 cycles; the sample without doped PTFE was 865.1 mAh/g and 180.4 mAh/g.
