摘要 以泡沫铜为基体,采用电沉积铅制备泡沫铅板栅,并将其作为阀控密封铅酸电池的负极集流体,组装成负极限容的实验电池。对实验电池进行了充放电性能测试,结果表明:在20h、10h、5h和2h率放电情况下,泡沫铅电池与铸造板栅电池相比,质量比容量分别提高了23%、36%、35%和44%,活性物质利用率分别提高了5 03%、9 86%、8 79%和9 60%。 <Abstrcat>Based on copper foam substrate, lead foam grid was prepared through electroplating lead and used as negative current collector of valve-regulated lead acid (VRLA) batteries to assemble the test battery, whose capacity was determined by negative capacity.Charge-discharge performance tests were taken to the experimental batteries. The results showed that at 20 h, 10 h, 5 h and 2 h rate discharge, the mass specific capacity of lead foam battery increased 23%, 36%, 35% and 44% than that of casting grid battery, the utilization efficiency of active material improved 5.03%, 9.86%, 8.79% and 9.60% than that of casting grid battery.
