摘要 研究金属材料塑性变形的滑移模式及微观组织结构的演变过程。利用电子背散射衍射(EBSD)技术,表征了铜单晶体的形变微观组织结构。在不同的应变量下,铜单晶体的形变微观组织结构存在着明显的差别。低应变量(20%)下,其形变微观组织结构主要是高密度位错墙;应变量增高至50%时,其形变微观组织结构中还出现了微带、位错胞及位错胞块。不同应变量下的微观组织结构的差异,主要由不同的形变阶段,晶体的滑移模式不同造成。 This paper reports on the microstructure of cold rolled single crystal Cu measured using fully automatic electron backscattered diffraction (EBSD). Different size reductions resulted in different microstructures. 20% reduction resulted in mostly the dense dislocation wall microstructure. Reductions of up to 50% microband created cells and cell blocks in the microstructure. The microstructure changes between samples is due to changes in the slip model during deformation.
