摘要
通过以等弧长进给代替解决了由于等参数插补算法各分割弦长不等而造成沿曲线的插补速度不恒定,以将导致加工终了时刀具在零件加工表面上振动、延长加工工时,降低加工质量的问题,从而得到恒速进给速度。
<Abstrcat> In solving the problem of parametric interpolation being unequal in the division of string, the speed of interpolation is variable along curves. It results in a cutter processing vibration on the surface of the processed part at the end of the processing, and therefore lengthens the processing hour and reduces the quality of processing. In order to solve this problem, this text introduces a kind of asymmetrical parameter division algorithms. The equal division length of arc in the algorithms takes the place of the equal parameter division algorithms, so the speed is constant.
