摘要
目的:建立用反相高效液相色谱测定库拉索芦荟中芦荟苷含量的方法.方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以ZORBAXC18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)为色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-1g/L水-磷酸缓冲液(45∶55∶0.5),检测波长为356nm,流速1.0mL/min,柱温25℃.结果:芦荟苷在0.596~11.9mg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,r=0.9996(P<0.05),芦荟苷平均加样回收率为97.8%,RSD为1.02%(n=6).结论:试验结果表明,本方法可靠性高,准确性和重现性好,适用于库拉索芦荟中芦荟苷的含量测定.
AIM: [JP3]To describe a simple and rapid reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography method in applied to the content of aloin in aloe barbadensis miller. METHODS: A column ZODBAX-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm)was used with a mobile phase of methanol-water-phosphate buffer(45∶[KG-2mm]55∶[KG-2mm]0.5), the flow rate being 1 mL/min, detection wavelength at 356 nm and the column temperature being 25℃. RESULTS: The linear the range of aloin was between 0.596-11.9mg with a correlation coefficient of 0.9996 and the average recovery of the method was 97.8% and RSD is 1.02%. CONCLUSION: As the method is convenient, economical and accurate with good reproducibility, it can be used in the quantitative analysis of aloin in aloe barbadensis.
