摘要
本文报告１２例肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤。结合文献复习，阐述了该病的临床表现及有关特殊检查的特征和意义；指出Ｂ超及ＣＴ扫描检查具有术前确定诊断的参考价值；并就治疗和预后进行了讨论，强调该瘤有恶变的可能性，应进行长期随访。
cases of renal angiomyolipoma were reported. The clinical manifestation,some special examination,treatment and prognosis were discussed with a review of the literatures. It is indicated that ultrasonogrghy and CT scanning have important value for the correct preoperative diagnosis of renal angiomyolipoma. It is emphasized that malignant change of renal angiomyolipoma is entirely posible.
