交变磁场治疗踝关节扭伤的疗效观察

Curative Observation of Treatment of ankle sprain by alternating magnetic field

８６例踝关节扭伤患者，随机分为两组，４６例应用交变磁场治疗，４０例应用交变磁场加超短波治疗，其结果为两组疗效均佳，经统计学处理，Ｐ＞０．０５，无显著性差异。病程与疗效的关系，经统计学处理，Ｐ＜０．０１，有非常显著性差异，病程越短，显效率越高，治疗效果越好。

cases with ankle sprain were randomly divided into two groups:46 cases treated by alternating magnetic field; another 40 cases by alternating magnetic field puls ultrashort wave electrotherapy.The result showed that the curative offect of the both groups was good.There was not significant difference between the two groups( P>0. 05).The relationship between the course of disease and the curative effect was analysed by statistics, P<0.01.There was a obvious difference.The shorter was the course of disease,the earlier,the treatment,the higher was the marked effective rate,the better,the results.
