严重肾脏出血性疾病的选择性肾动脉栓塞术

Selective Renal Artery Embolization in the Treatment of Hemorrhagic Disease on Kidney

我们自１９８５年１月至１９９４年８月，采用选择性肾动脉栓塞术治疗严重肾损伤、肾错构瘤破裂和肾穿刺活检引起的重度肾出血１５例，均获得了满意的效果。本组获得远期随访１０例，平均随访３８．３个月，其肾功能和血压均正常、我们体会，选择性肾动脉栓塞术对肾外伤出血是一种安全可靠和恰当的治疗方法，可最大限度地保留肾实质与肾功能。对栓塞术的适应证，肾外伤的ＣＴ与肾动脉造影特征，合并症、栓塞材料和技术进行了分析讨论。

Fron January 1985 to August 1994, 15 patients with massive hemorrhage after renal trauma,angioleiomyolipoma rupture and percutaneous needle biopsy were treated by selective renal arterial embolization, The excellent results was achieved in all patients. With an average of 38. 3 months of follow-up,renal function and blood pressure was normal in 10 patients. Our experience shows that selective renal artery embolization is a safe,reliable and adequate treatment for traumatic renal bleeding with maximal preservation of renal tissue and function. The application, findings of CT scan and arteriography on renal trauma,complication, embolization material and technique of selective renal artery embolization in the treatment of traumatic hemorrhage of kidney are discusses.
