摘要
 ̄(60)Co辐射对甘蔗条螟不育的研究.试验结果表明:甘蔗条螟的最佳辐射不育期是第五级蛹期;辐射五级蛹诱发雄蛾完全不育剂量在0.35KGY以上;0.25KGY以下剂量对甘蔗条螟羽化率、交尾率及成虫寿命无影响,但卵孵化率显著下降;0.30KGY以上剂量显著影响成虫交尾率及卵孵化率.
This paper dealt wity radio-sterility method of the sugarcane stem borer,Chilosacchariphagus Biouer in South China from March,1987 to May,1988.The sugarcane stem borerpupae belonging to the 3rd ,4th and 5th grade of development were used for irradiation with dosagesof 0(CK),0.15,0.20,0.25,0.30,0.35KGY of ̄(60) Co gramma rays. Results of our experimentindicated that pupae at the last grade of development were most suitable for irradiated with0.25KGY dosage,the percentage of emergence and mating and life-span of adult wer not significantlydifferent from the normal(untreated);Dosages above 0.35 KGY induced male full steriliy whereasthe dosages 0.20 to 0.25 KGY might be cosidered to give partial sterilization.
