益活清下法治疗重症急性胰腺炎───附32例报告

Management of severe Acute Pancreatitis with Yi Huo Qing Xia,A Combined Therapy of Tradi-tional Chinese and Western Medicine──A Report of 32 cases

本文提出以整体观、辩证观和热病观为指导，以热病理论概括重症急性胰腺炎的病机证治，采用益活清下法为主的中西医结合疗法，有阻断其病机发展，控制胰腺及胰周器官的炎症，防治多器官功能衰竭和胰周脓肿等严重并发症的发生和发展的作用。报告３２例，治愈３１例，死亡１例，病死率为３．１％

hirty一two cases of acute pancreatitis scvere type (APST)were treated with Yi Huo QingXia, a combined therapeutic method of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Yi representsreplenishing qi and tonifying and nourishing Yin, Huo promoting blold circulation to removeblood stasis,Qing clearing away heat and toxins,and Xia herbal purgation. The therapy cured 29cases(90.6%).2cases underwent surgical operation(6.3%)and 1 case died(3.1%). The resultsindicated that Yi Huo Qing Xia may control pancreatic and poripancreatic inflammation,possessprotective and curative effect on severe complications such as multiple organ dysfuction or failure,and decrease the rate of emergent surgical oporation and mortality. Based on clinical experience,the authors advocate that the pathogenesis and management of ASPT should be guided by the the- ory of Hebrile Diseases.
