中药“抗退合剂”治疗骨关节病的实验研究

Treatment of Osteoarthropathy with Chinese Herb“Kangtui Mixture”──An Experimental Study

本文以四种中药为主制备成中药合剂注射剂型，治疗复制成的兔膝关节骨关节炎模型，通过观察大体形态（肉眼所见和印度墨水染色）、显微组织结构和Ｘ线改变，并与应用激素治疗组和对照组比较，结果表明“抗退合剂”局部应用可以减轻和延缓关节软骨退变并促进退变的关节软骨修复，而且没有局部和全身性副作用。

he Chinses Herb“Kangtui Mixture”(injectio)was used for treatment of the medel os- teoarihropathy of rabbits. We oberved the anatomical(naked and the Meachim Indian ink grad-ing),microscopic and roentgenographic manifestation and made the compared group. Resultsshowed that the local use of “Kangtui Mixture”could ease and delay the degeneration of articularcartilage and has no local or systematic side effects in clinical application.
