摘要
我院自1989年5月至1991年12月共收治烧伤病人238例，全部应用“湿润暴露疗法”治疗，通过与“干性疗法”相比较取得了非常满意的结果。我们将“干性疗法”与“湿性暴露疗法”各随机选择100例病人，分为2组，就其治疗结果进行了比较，其创面感染率、创面植皮率、止痛药物应用率、创面疤痕愈合率、清创换药麻醉药物应用率、静脉输液率及抗生素应用率比较有非常显著差异（P值均小于0．01）。
From May 1989 to December 1991, we treated238 cases of burn using MEBT. The results were verysatisfactory. For comparison, 200 patients weredivided into 2 groups, 100 in each. Patients in onegroup were treated with MEBT and those in the othergroup treated with conventional dry therapy. Thedifference of the results between. the two groups wasvery significant, which included the rate of woundinfection (P < 0. 01), the rate of skin grafting (P<0. 01), the rate of application of analgesics (P<0.01), the rate of healing of scar tissue (P<0. 01),therate of transfusion (P<0. 01) and the rate of usingantibiotics (P<0. 01), etc. MEBT gave much betterresults than the conventional therapy.
