摘要
作者对1989年9月至1992年9月三年间应用MEBT治疗小儿会阴部臀部烧伤89例的护理经验体会作了总结。该文除对一般烧伤护理常规作了认真的应用和调整外，还从烧伤患儿的生理特点入手提出了会阴部等特殊部位烧伤的护理要点和具体方法对临床工作有很强的实用性。文中还从护理工作的角度提出了MEBO的药理作用证明MEBT在小儿烧伤的治疗中是最理想的方法。
89 cases of pediatric peineum and buttock burnswere treated with MEBT. This paper summarizes thenursing experience in the treatment. In addition tocareful routine nursing work, the authors suggestedspecial attention points in the nursing work of specialburn areas such as perineum, etc. These suggestionsare very practical and have great clinical significance.The authors also suggested the pharmacological effectof MEBO and conctuded that MEBT is ideal for treatingpediatric burns.
