Experience in Successful Rescue of a Case of Electric injury Complicated by Fragmentation of Larynx and Trachea and Rupture of Carotis Communis

本文报告了应用湿润暴露疗法成功抢救一例电击伤致喉气管断裂、颈总动脉破裂病人的体会。我们的经验是：1．保证呼吸道通畅。2彻底止血。3．维持有效的血容量。4尽早实行MEBT与药刀结合疗法以利于创面的修复。

This paper reports the experience in successfulrescue of a case or severe electric injury complicatedby fragmentation of larynx and trachea and rupture ofcarotis communis using MEBT.Our experience is summarized as follows:1. Ensuring the respiratory tract unobstructed.2. Bleedings completely stopped.3. Keeping effective blood volume.4. When MEBO was used in conjunction withsurgical treatment, the therapeutic course wasshortened.
