摘要
本文论述了用柱后衍生法及柱前衍生法测定氨基酸,其中着重论述了柱前衍生法,包括OPA法、FMOC法、PITc法、Dansyl-Cl法、DABSYL-CL法、NBD-CL法以及其它几种衍生法,论述了上述几种方法的原理、特点、优缺点以及应用范围,并阐述了微粒柱、窄径柱与氨基酸分析的关系。
This article discusses the analysis methods of amino acids by means of pre-column derivatization and post-column derivatization methods include OPA.FMOC. PITC,DANSYL-CL,DABSYL-CL,NBD-CL etc.We mainly discuss the principles, characteristies,merits and demer its,Lunits of application,and also discuss the relationships of analysis of amino acids and mi-cto-particle column and narrow column.
