ANALYSIS OF AMINO ACIDS BY MEANS OF HIGH PERFORMANCE LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHY

本文论述了用柱后衍生法及柱前衍生法测定氨基酸，其中着重论述了柱前衍生法，包括ＯＰＡ法、ＦＭＯＣ法、ＰＩＴｃ法、Ｄａｎｓｙｌ－Ｃｌ法、ＤＡＢＳＹＬ－ＣＬ法、ＮＢＤ－ＣＬ法以及其它几种衍生法，论述了上述几种方法的原理、特点、优缺点以及应用范围，并阐述了微粒柱、窄径柱与氨基酸分析的关系。

This article discusses the analysis methods of amino acids by means of pre-column derivatization and post-column derivatization methods include OPA.FMOC. PITC,DANSYL-CL,DABSYL-CL,NBD-CL etc.We mainly discuss the principles, characteristies,merits and demer its,Lunits of application,and also discuss the relationships of analysis of amino acids and mi-cto-particle column and narrow column.
