作者等收治一例怀孕8个月烧伤病人，病人烧伤后自二楼跳下昏迷半小时后入院，诊断为火焰烧伤总面积85％深度烧伤，Ⅲ度烧伤占79％，合并吸入性损伤，入院后按EVANS公式输液，胶晶体比为1：1，伤后11小时娩出为死婴，伤后创面应用MEBT治疗，上肢及躯干应用MEBO；下肢应用Ag－SD，但出现绿脓杆菌感染，后改用MEBO后控制，5个月期间植皮3次，现已基本治愈。
A pregnant woman was burned and fell to theground from the 2nd floor of the building . The patientwas in a state of coma for halt an hour before she wassent to the hospital. She was dignosed to be burnedby flame and had a total burn area of 86% BSA 79%of the burn was 3rd degree burn and complicated byinhalation injury. Upon hospitalization. she receivedInfusion with collold: crystalloid =1:1 according toEvan's formula. 11 hours after burn, the dead babywas delivered. The wounds were treated with MEBT.Lower limbs were treated with Ag- SD ointment whileupper limbs and trunk were treated with MEBO.Lower limbs were found soon to be infected andMEBo was used instead of Ag- SD. Skin grafting wascarried out 3 times in 5 months. The patient healed.
