烧伤湿润暴露疗法三年临床总结

A Summary of Clinical Experience with MEBT in Past Three Years

三年来用湿润烧伤膏治疗烧伤658例，收效甚益，从临床证实，它明显优于传统的干包疗法，其特点创面镇痛和引流性好，促进上皮组织生长，创面愈合快。对深Ⅱ度愈合创面达到少留疤或不留疤，对浅Ⅲ度创面可不植皮。又由于创面蒸发量减少，可适当减少补液量，药膏在创面上起的作用为全身抗生素用量减少创造了条件。

In past three years, the author treated 1021 cas-es of burn. Among which 658 cases were treated withMEBT. The results were very satisfactory. The clini-cal data proved that MEBT was obviousIy superior tothe conventional dry exposed therapy. MEBT had thefeatures of good analgesic effect, good drainage, ep-ithelialization and wound healing promoting effects.For deep second degree and second degree wounds,no scar or very little scar formed. No Skingrafting wasneeded for superficial third degree wounds. Woundsurface evaporation was reduced, so that the volumeof fluid infusion was reduced. MEBO had good antiin-fective effect so that systemic dose of antibiotics wasreduced.
