MEBT治疗256例烧伤临床体会

256 Cases of Burn Treated with MEBT

本文报告了采用湿润暴露疗法（MEBT）治疗256例烧伤，死亡一例，余255例全部治愈，治愈率为99．6％。Ⅲ度烧伤治愈后发生疤痕增生5例。本文提出：（1）对二度及深二度创面采用分层削痂—涂药，反复进行的方法，可以明显缩短溶痴一期。（2）对深Ⅱ度创面连续用药3个月以上，并结合弹力绷带加压包扎，可以防止出现增生性疤痕。（3）对有休克的病人应先抗休克后清创。（4）及时清除液化物，可减少全身反应及创面创周毛囊炎的发生。采用该疗法具有使用方便、止痛效果好、抗感染能力强、减少疤痕增生、降低致残率等优点。

This paper reports the experience with MEBT intreating 256 cases of burn. All, except one, of the pa-tients survived. The healing rate was over 99%. only5 cases with third degree wounds had scar formation.The authors suggested that 1. for deep 2nd de-gree and 2nd degree wounds, escharotomy andsmearing of MEBO should be done repeatedly, toshorten the eschar dissolution period, 2. for deep 2nddegree wounds, MEBO should be smeared continu-ously for more than 3 months and compression ban-dage could be applied to prevent scar formation,3. forshock patients, anti -shock measures should be takenimmediateIy before debriedement and 4. liquefactionproduct should be removed timely in order to preventor to lessen general reactions and folliculitis.
