Deng Xiaoping Theory, 'Three Representatives' and scientific development view are theoretical basis for us to make and implement the urbanization strategy in Shanxi; the urbanization of Shanxi should attain a new height every several years. We should focus on the central task of economic construction, reform and innovate audaciously and observe the scientific development view conscientiously to catch up and overtake domestic advanced areas and solve the issue of 'Three Rurals' fundamentally.
