摘要
采用IR、Py-IR、XPS技术考察了不同制备条件下制备的S2O2-8/ZrO2-SiO2类固体超强酸催化剂的表面酸种类、酸量、酸强度.结果表明:浸渍S2O2-8使得S2p、Zr3d结合能正极化程度大大提高,有利于提高催化剂的活性;加入少量氧化钐制得的催化剂的S2p、Zr3d结合能略大于不加稀土的样品,说明少量的稀土元素改变了催化剂表面的化学状态,使催化剂表面元素正极化程度提高,对改善催化剂的活性及寿命有一定作用.
A series of S_2O^(2-)_8/ZrO_2-SiO_2 catalysts with different composition,which have different acid types,acid amount and acid strength at surfaces,were characterized by IR,Py-IR,and XPS.The result showed that the binding energy of S_(2p),Zr_(3d) and the activity was promoted after immerged in S_2O^(2-)_8 solution and added into Sm_2O_3.It seems that the chemical situation of the catalyst surfaces was changed,so the activity and stability were improved.
