摘要
近中性条件下,Al3+能与环丙沙星反应形成络合物.利用这一反应建立了简单、快速、灵敏的测定环丙沙星的紫外分光光度法,并且详细讨论了测定的各种条件.测定的最佳波长为λ=276nm,线性范围为1.68~13.47μg/mL,回归方程为A=0.01572+0.1164C(μg/mL)(r=0.9988),检出限为0.01135μg/mL.此法用于环丙沙星药物片剂的测定,结果令人满意.
In near neutral medium,Al^(3+) can react with CPFX to form a coordination compound.Based on this reaction,a simple,rapid,sensitive new method for the UV determination of CPFX was proposed and the reaction conditions were investigated in detail.The maximal absorption wavelength of the complex was at 276 nm,and the linear range is 1.68~13.47 μg/mL.The regression equation is A=0.01572+0.1164C(μg/mL)(r=0.9988) with the detection limit of 0.01135 μg/mL. This method has been successfully applied to the determination of CPFX in tablets.
