New Developments of Laser Capture Microdissection in Study of Brain

摘要 激光捕获显微切割(lasercapturemicrodissection,LCM),是一项利用激光在显微镜下从组织切片中分离单一类型细胞群的技术。以LCM技术为基础,结合蛋白质、核酸等分子生物学研究方法进行基因诊断、表达谱或蛋白质组学的研究,从根本上解决了细胞异质性问题。本文就LCM技术在脑科学中的应用及所涉及到的脑组织固定、切片、染色、捕获等关键环节做一综述。 Laser capture microdissection (LCM) is designed to isolate homogeneous populations of cells from histologic sections of complex tissues under direct microscopic visualization. LCM-based molecular analysis can be applied to the next revolution in the study of gene diagnosis, gene expression and proteomic analysis. The article reviews the application and the key protocols of LCM in neuroscience.
