松果体褪黑素与下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴的相互作用 被引量:7

摘要 近年来很多学者发现松果体褪黑素(MLT)可以通过下丘脑垂体肾上腺轴(HPA)影响机体免疫功能,本文主要列举了松果体MLT对HPA轴三个水平调节的新发现和可能的机制,证实松果体MLT对垂体和肾上腺皮质有明显的调节作用,但对下丘脑是否有调节作用还存在诸多争议,同时也简述了HPA轴对松果体MLT影响研究的新进展,提示二者实际上存在着昏综复杂的相互作用。 In recent years many scholars have discovered that pineal melatonin affects body immune function through hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis. This article mainly illustrates the new discoveries of modulation and possible mechanisms of pineal melatonin on HPA axis, proves that pineal melatonin modulates pituitary and adrenal cortex apparently, but whether it modulates hypothalamus or not is still controversial. Meanwhile the review briefly discusses the new progress of the effect of HPA axis on pineal melatonin, reveals the complex interrelationship between them.
