摘要
本文研究了a-Fe_(90-x)Co_xZr_(10)(x=4,10,20,…,70)和Fe_(90-y)Cr_yZr_(10)(y=0,4,7,16,20)系列合金的Mossbaner谱。实验结果表明a-Fe_(90-y)Co_yZr_(10)和富Fe区(x<30)的a-Fe_(90-x)Co_xZr_(10)合金存在着两种不同局域配位结构的Fe原子团。在Tc以下,这些Fe原子团产生两种不同的自旋排列结构的铁磁和反铁磁态;在Tc以上,它们将产生不同的顺磁态。当x>30时,a-Fe_(90-x)Co_xZr_(10)合金内部仅存在一种铁磁态,表现为磁的均匀性。文中还对a-TM(过渡金属)-TM合金的微观结构进行了讨论。
In this paper, the Mossbauer spectra of amorphous Fe_(90-x)Co_xZr_(10) (x=4, 10, 20,?
70) and Fe_(90-y)CryZr_(10) (y = 0, 4, 7, 16, 20) series of alloys were studied. The experimental results indicated that, a-Fe_(90-y)Cr_yZr10 and a-Fe_(90-x)CoxZr_(10) in Fe-rich regions contain two different local coordination structure, which produce both ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic states below Tc and different paramagnetic states above Tc. When x is above 30, in a-Fe_(90-x) Co_xZr_(10) alloys exists only one ferromagnetic state, which implies magnetic 'homogeneity'. The micro-structures of amorphous transition metal (TM)-TM alloys were discussed in some detail.
