益气通络丹对应激诱发大鼠血小板聚集性、血浆血栓素B_2和6－酮－前列腺素F_（

Effects of Yiqitongluodan on Changes in Platelet Aggregation, Plasma,TXB_2 and 6-Keto-PGF_(1α) Led to by Stress

用随机电脉冲刺激ＳｐｒａｑｕｅＤａｗｌｅｙ大鼠足底部，造成应激，在引起大鼠血小板聚集性、血浆血栓素Ｂ２和６－酮－前列腺素Ｆ１α的变化的基础上观察中药复方－益气通络丹的效应。结果表明：应激大鼠血小板聚集性明显增强，血栓素Ｂ２／６－酮－前列腺素Ｆ１α比值显著升高，而益气通络丹对上述变化有不同程度的改善作用。提示：益气通络丹具有防护应激性心血管损伤的作用。

pattern was produced by stimulating feet of SD rats with a unperiedic electric current. The changes in platelet aggregation. plasma thromboxane B2 and 6-keto-prostaglandin F1α as well as the function of Yiqitongluodan(YQTLD, a kind of chinese herbal medicine) were observed. The Results showed that platelet aggregation and the ratio of thromboxane B2/6-keto-proctaglandin F1α were all obviously increased in stress group, but markedily decreased in YQTLD group.It is suggeeted that the pethophysiological changes above-mentioned might be one of important mediate mechanisms in leadins to cardiovascular diseases by stress, such as AS etc, and could be prevented by YQTLD.
