原发性高血压患者的血液流变性及其与血脂间的关系

Rheology in Patients with Essential Hypertension and Its Relation With Blood Lipid

对２７６例原发性高血压（ＥＨ）患者进行血液流变性及血脂检测。结果表明，ＥＨ患者血粘度增高主要与ＨＣＴ、Ｆｉｂ和ＩＲ增高有关，与高脂血症无关，但与ＨＤＬ－Ｃｈ减低有关，因而认为ＥＨ患者易发生心脑缺血性疾病与前三者增高和后者减低有关。

Rheology and blood lipid were determined in 276 patients with essential hypertention(EH). It is found that the blood hyperviscocity was mainly related to the increase of hemotacrit, fibrinogen and index of rigid and was not to the lipidemia, but was to the decrease of HDL-Ch.It suggest that the cause that patients with EH are apart to suffer from the atack of cardio-cerebral ischemia is related to the increase of the former soxaminations and the decrease of the latter.
