放射性核素淋巴显像定位诊断乳糜外溢

Localization Diagnosis of Chylous Effusions with Lymphoscintigraphy

本文应用核素淋巴显像定位诊断１５例乳糜外溢，其中乳糜胸２例，乳糜心包１例，乳糜腹水６例，乳糜腹合并乳糜胸１例，乳糜尿５例，均能显示淋巴系统形态异常或乳糜渗漏部位。本文例举典型病例描述核素显像对不同乳糜渗漏的定位情况，并就诊断中的体会及与Ｂ超、淋巴造影的比较进行了讨论。

This paper reported the localization diagnosis with lymphoscintigraphy performed in 1 5 patients withchylous effusions.Among them 2 were chylothorax,1 chylopericardium,6 chyloperitoneum,1 chylous ascitescomplicated by chylothorax,and 5 chyluria.The location of chylous fistula or the morphologic abnormality ofthe lymphatic system could be visualized on the lymphoscintigram in all of 15 patients.The typical cases were il-lustrated in the paper describing scintigraphic features of different chylous effusions.The experiences in diag-nosing these patients by lymphoscintlgraphy as well as the comparison with lymphangiography andultrasonography were discussed.
