胰腺假性囊肿介入治疗

Interventional Treatment of Pancreatic Pseudocysts

笔者通过经皮置管引流治疗７例胰腺假性囊肿，单房假性囊肿２例、多房３例，平均治愈时间分别为１７ｄ及３２ｄ，１例引流症状好转患者要求拔管，１例症状好转手术治疗，对本法治疗胰腺假性囊肿的可行性，优点、适应症、引流方法、囊肿感染与非感染、单房与多房、大小、向囊腔内注射药物及置管与拔管时注意事项进行探讨。

Percutaneous drainage in 7 patients with pancreatic pseudocysts by interventional treatment was reported in this article,The average cure time of 2 patients with single psoudocysts and 3 patients with multipseudocysts were 17 and 32 days,respectively.1 patient with drained multipseudocyst was discharged.1 patient was operated after the clinical symptoms lessened Advantages of this treatment and cautions of tube positioning and drawing were discussed.
