溃疡性结肠炎穴位隔药饼灸治前后的微循环变化

Changes of Microcirculation of Ulcerative Colitis Before and After Treatment Using Moxibustion with Medicine-cake on Vitel Point

观察５０例溃疡性结肠炎患者经活血理气类中药穴位隔药饼灸治前后的甲襞、球结膜微循环变化，以流态改善最为显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示＂活血化瘀、疏肝理气＂可作为该病的主要治则。患者治疗后微循环状态的改善均早于症状和其他实验室检查。认为临床微循环观测对该病的诊断、治疗有一定指导意义。

In 50 cases of ulcerative colitis'patient,blood flow was improved obviously in chenges of microcirculation of nailfold and bulbar conjunctive after using 'promoting blood circulation and regulate vital energy'medicine-cake moxibustion on vital point then before(P<0.01).It showed that 'promoting blood circulation and remove blood stasis,disperse the depressed liver-energy and rectify it'may be an importunt principle in treated this disease.Otherwise,the improving of these patients'microcirculation presented earlier than clinical symption and other experimental examination.The results showed that the mornitoring of clincal microcirculation certainly had leading effect in diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
