通塞益脑液治疗急性缺血性中风的微循环作用

Role of Tongsaiyinao Drink for Treating Microcirculation Stasis of Acute Ischemic Stroke Disease

对自制中药──＂通塞益脑液＂治疗急性缺血性中风２５例前后行甲襞微循环观察，并与低分子右旋糖酐加维脑路通治疗的同类患者２５例进行比较。结果发现：所有患者用药后，微循环均有明显改善，临床症状明显减轻（Ｐ＜０．０５），二组结果相似（Ｐ＞０．０５）。提示：该中药制剂与低分子右旋糖酐、维脑路通一样，均能有效治疗缺血性脑血管病。

patients with acute ischemic stroke were treated by traditional Chinese medicine-Tongsaiyinao Drink which was self-made,meanwhile,25 cases of same disease were compared with Dextran+Venoruton.Before and after treatment,nailfold microcirculation of all patients were observed,results showed that after to take tongsaiyinao Drink and Dextran+Venoruton,nailfold microcirculation of all patients were improved,on statistics,it is no significant difference(P>0.05).Therefore,traditional Chinase medicine-Tonguiyinao Drink could be treated ischemic stroke as Dextran+Venoruton.
