摘要
本文总结报告了49例心脏大血管穿透伤急救体会。46例获救成活,3例手术中死亡。作者认为心脏、大血管创伤抢救成败的关键在于及时明确诊断,果断迅速处理,以及选择适当的手术方法和途径。
First aid experience for 49 cases of penetrating wound of the heart and great blood vessels is reported in the article.Forty-six patients were cured and three died in this series.It is empha- sized that accurate evaluation of the patients and reasonable choice of operating procedure are im- portant factors that influences final results.
