摘要
本文报道了下颌骨切除立即应用骨移植修复14例,其中用带血管蒂髂骨瓣修复6例,游离髂骨修复5例,游离肋骨修复3例。结果11例成功,3例失败。现将不同方法的特点和方法的选择以及植骨失败的原因做如下讨论。
In this paper, it is reported that 14 cases of mandible defects were repaired immediately. There were 6 cases repaired with the vasclariged iliac bone grafts, 5 cases with free iliac, 3 with ribs. The operation was successful in 11 patients but failed in 3 cases, Various reconstructive methods have been compared and selected for the recorstruction. The reasons resulted in the fail- ure of the repair have also been discussed.
