我国养老金给付存在不足,亟待调整。我国养老金给付调整应根据物价指数化调整机制和工资指数化调整机制的不同效应,遵守基本养老金与物价指数和社会平均工资双挂钩、确保退休人员的基本生活与生产力发展实际水平相适应、保持退休人员的经济地位相对稳定等原则,对"新人"和"中人"的基础养老金和个人帐户,对"老人"养老金采取不同的调整策略。

In the Chinese pension payment adjustment, the new men and middle men basic pension and individual account, old men pension should have different readjustment policy.
