摘要 目的评价螺旋CT脑血管造影临床应用价值。方法采用PICKERPQ2000SV螺旋CT机,对30例患者在平扫的基础上进行SCTA检查,将图像原始容积数据在VOXELQ工作站进行三维重建及多方观察。结果螺旋CT脑血管造影30例,其中脑动脉瘤2例,脑动静脉畸形5例,脑膜瘤及脑胶质瘤12例,超急性期脑梗塞5例。结论SCTA属于非损伤性血管造影检查,安全、简便,其阳性检出率高,具有重要诊断价值和意义。 Purpose To estimate the value of CT angiography for brain vessel.Methods 30 cases were scaned by both routine and spiral way,row date transfered to VOXEL Q work station for late processing.Results CTA found aneurysm(12 cases),AVM(5 cases),meningioma(12 cases),glioma(12 cases),superacute infarction(5 cases).Conclusion The way of SCTA for cerebral vessel is non-invasive and safty for patients.the ratio of positive result is high.There are importment diagnostic value for SCTA to brain vessel.
