特发性血小板减少性紫癜患儿血清IL-6 IL-8变化及意义

Study for Serum IL-6 IL-8 Transformation in Children Patients of Idopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura

目的探讨特发性血小板减少性紫癜(I)患儿血清IL6、IL8的变化。方法对142例ITP患儿血清IL6、IL8进行放免分析测定。结果ITP患儿血清IL6、IL8均升高,不同程度出血及出血期、恢复期间存在显著差异性(P<0.01)。结论血清IL6、IL8在ITP患儿中明显增高,并随着疾病的恢复而降低。

Objective To explore the transformation of serum interleukin-6 (IL-6), Interleukin-8(IL-8) in children petients of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP).Methods We tested serum samples of 142 children patients to determine the level of serum IL-6,IL-8 by radioimmunity assay.Results The level of serum IL-6 IL-8 in ITP is sigingicantly increased and there is significant difference between different hemorrhagic group and between acute and restoration period (P< 0.01 ).Conclusion The level of serum IL-6,IL-8 in ITP is significantly increased than that of normal children and it is associated with hemorrhagic degree and the disease course.
