摘要
目的总结纵隔肿瘤的外科治疗经验。方法1978～2004年手术治疗原发性纵隔肿瘤及囊肿206例,回顾性分析了发病率、临床特点、影像学诊断及治疗与预后。结果术后并发症9例,死亡3例,死亡率1.45%,治愈197例。结论目前诊断纵隔肿瘤仍以X线、CT、MRI检查为主要手段。只要全身无系统功能严重受损均应积极考虑手术治疗,手术径路要达到充分显露。
Objective To review the experience of surgical treatmtent of mediastinum tumor.Methods 206 cases with mediastinum tumor were treated surgically from 1978 to 2004.The incidence rate,characteristics of radiology,as well as the result of treatment and prognosis were studied retrospectively.Results There was 9 postoperative complication and 3 postoperative death with a mortality rate of 1.45%.197 patients recovered uneventfully.Conclusion The diagnosis of tumor of mediastinum was based on the imagings(X-ray,CT,MRI).Operation is the first choice for patient with localized type or multicentric type without serious involvement of muldple-system.
