摘要
目的探讨经导灌注药物治疗股骨头缺血坏死的疗效。方法对11例股骨头缺血坏死患者,采用穿刺插管的方法,将药物直接灌注至患侧股骨头的供血动脉内。结果介入治疗后,疼痛消失6例,减轻4例,无明显改善1例。结论介入方法治疗股骨头缺血坏死有一定价值。
Objective To investigate the efficiency of interventional treatment for avascular necrosis of the femoral head.Methods Interventional therapy by applying seldinger's technique with supper-selection method in 11 patients with avascular necrosis of the femoral head,therapeutic medicine was directly injected into the supply artery of femoral head of avascular necrosis.Results After interventional therapy,the pain was disappeared in 6 cases and significantly improved in 4 cases,not improved in 1 case.Conclusion Interventional therapy is of certain value for avascular necrosis of the femoral head.
