Application of the sciences of human settlements in urban planning

本文通过对人居环境科学“整体观”思想内涵和当前我国城市规划工作中存在的过度解析、过度细化等问题的剖析,提出了关于从整体观角度出发重构城市规划理论,从融会贯通角度出发改造城市规划实践的几点建议。

The sciences of human settlements emphasizes to discuss the relation between human and environment in the holistic way.Through analyzing 'whole thought' of the sciences of human settlements and problems of disassembling the object investigated in excess that currently exist at the Chinese urban planning work,the paper puts forward some suggestions that rebuild urban planning theory proceeding from whole thought,and change urban planning practice proceeding from achieving mastery through a comprehensive study of the subject.
