摘要
通过非典事件,对住宅设计与健康问题进行反思,结合广州河畔新苑住宅小区规划设计,探讨健康住区和健康住宅设计的方法,希望引起设计行业、房地产行业对健康住宅建设的重视和推广。
Reconsidering the subject of housing design and health after SARS, this paper explores design methods of healthy neighborhood and housing by means of the planning and design of He Pan Xin Yuan. It is also hoped to give rise to more attention to the construction of healthy housing in the industry of design and real estate.
