The paper briefly introduces the navigation and positioning technology's development process and the several main navigation and positioning satellite systems,then discusses its applications in modern war and the meanings of the navigation warfare. At last, it takes over the challenges and counter-measures of the navigation and positioning satellite technology under the background of the navigation warfare.
