摘要
随着水下通信的发展,对于发射机的要求,越来越小型化,轻便化,介绍一种无输出变压器的水声信号发射机,此发射机直接采用耐高压MOSFET进行功率放大,实验证明,此发射机可以输出200W高功率高电压信号。
With the development of underwater system, it needs a amplifier which is smaller, lighter, and cheaper. This paper introduces a kind of amplifier without transformer but with high voltage MOSFET. According to the test, this kind of amplifier can provides 200W high power signal safely and credibility.
