摘要
结合模块化设计思想和基于产品虚拟原型的设计方法,以门座起重机为对象,描述了门座起重机的虚拟概念设计过程,给出了其模块划分方法及面向模块的组合化结构设计方法,提高了机械产品的设计效率,降低了设计成本.
Combined with modular design and virtual prototype design,this paper describes the process of virtually conceptual design of gantry crane and presents the modular division method of gantry crane and the method of assembled structure design faced module,so that it improves the design efficiency of mechanical product and reduces the design cost.
