干燥窑收尘排风机控制系统变频调速的实施与节能效益分析

摘要 介绍基于变频调速技术对冶炼厂干燥窑收尘排风机控制系统的改造情况,讨论了改造实施方案,及变频器安装运行注意问题,并对实施变频调速后的节能效益做了分析。在收尘排风机控制系统中装用变频器,与变送机构、调节器等构成窑尾负压闭环控制,使干燥窑内负压正常,温度适宜,可以改善系统性能,提高产品质量;同时排风机实现变频调速,使电动机耗电量大幅下降,明显节能。实践表明,收尘排风机控制系统采用变频调速后,达到了提高系统性能和节能的目的,其经济效益和综合效益显著。 The paper introduced innovation in smelting plant dry kiln dust collecting exhaust blower system based on variable frequency speed adjusting technique.The scheme for technical innovation and questions when installing and running the converter are discussed.The energy-conserving benefit after implementing variable frequency speed adjusting also is analyzed. The converter transmitter and regulator etc. form negative pressure closed-loop controlled by installing it into blower system make the kiln has regular pressure and normal temperature. This improved the performance of the system.The power consumption of the blower reduced largely after applying converter at the same time.The practices show that it achieves the goal of raising performance and saving energy by applying variable frequency speed adjusting. The economic and comprehensive benefits are noticeable.
