摘要
钻孔灌注桩水下混凝土配制的关键是要求流动性要好。本研究指出灌注过程及灌注后期混凝土流动性提高的原因和性能要求,给出了提高混凝土流动性的方法。结果表明:砂率控制在44%、较小的集胶比和加入减水剂等都能有效提高混凝土的流动性。
The key point in making underwater concrete of drill hole grouting pile is that it requires high fluidity. In this paper, we present an experimental method to decide and increase the fluidy. And, we also present the reason for the fluidity improvement of concrete in the latter part of the grouting process. The results showed that the sand content was contrelled in 44%, little aggregate-Gellant ratio, add water reducing admizture.
