婴幼儿感染者血清TNF、IL-6、IL-8联检的临床意义

Clinical Significance of Combined Determination of Serum TNF,IL-6 and IL-8 Levels in Infants with Infections

目的:探讨了婴幼儿感染者血清TNF、IL-6、IL-8水平及其临床意义。方法:应用放免法对34例婴幼儿感染者进行了血清TNF、IL-6、IL-8检测,并以30名正常婴儿作比较。结果:婴幼儿感染者血清中TNF、IL-6、IL-8水平非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01),经治疗10d后,其水平显著下降,与正常人组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:测定血清中TNF、IL-6、IL-8含量与患儿的危重程度发生、发展、预后有关。

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of changes of contents of serum TNF,IL-6 and IL-8 levels in infants with infections. Methods The serum levels of TNF,IL-6 and IL-8 were determined with RIA in 34 patients and 30 controls. Results The serum TNF,IL-6 and IL-8 levels significantly higher in the patients than those in controls (P<0.01). After 10d treatment, the levels dropped to approaching normal (P>0.05). Conclusion The contents of serum TNF, IL-6 and IL-8 levels in infants with infections were correlated with the clinical stage and severity of the diseases process.
