摘要
目的:首创了一种可以同时取供体的双肾作供肾的大鼠肾移植模型。方法:以近交系Brown鄄Norway大鼠和近交系Lewis大鼠作为供、受体,取供体的双肾作为供肾,借助静脉支架管,行供体的静脉与受体肾静脉的端端吻合,肾动脉与腹主动脉行端侧吻合。结果:手术均于60min内完成。所有的受体均存活超过7天,围手术期死亡数为0。结论:首创双侧供肾大鼠肾移植模型是一种节省、可靠、实用的大鼠肾移植模型。
Objective: To establish an economical and feasible rat renal trans plantation model. Methods: Inbred Brown-Norway and Lewis mice were used as the d onors and the recipients. Both kidneys were removed from the donors. With the h elp of PTCA tube, an end-to-end anastomosis of vein was operated. Results: All operations were finished within 60 min. No one recipient died during operatio n period. Conclusion: The newly established method is feasible and reliable.
