摘要
Zinc oxide micro-crystals with special cystiform morphology were fabricated via an improved reverse micelle method. The as-obtained sample was characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that these micro-crystals with unique structure have very strong and stable fluorescence emission in red-orange region. The possible growth mechanism and reason for special fluorescence property of the product were also discussed in detail.
